Seminars and Workshops Sustech-2025: Workshop on sustainable technologies in hydrogen membranes and batteries (25-29 August)

1.     Sustech-2025: Workshop on sustainable technologies in hydrogen membranes and batteries (25-29 august)

2.     MOSPI-2025 Workshop: Workshop on Modeling and Simulation in Process Industries

The School of Chemical and Materials Engineering (SCME), NUST, successfully hosted a summer camp from August 25–29, 2025, featuring two back-to-back workshops: MOSPI-2025 (Modeling and Simulation in Process Industries) and SUSTECH-2025 (Sustainable Technologies in Hydrogen, Batteries & Membranes).
MOSPI-2025 offered hands-on training in advanced computational tools such as DFT, VASP, CFD with ANSYS Fluent, Python-based machine learning, and MATLAB simulations. SUSTECH-2025 addressed sustainability challenges through sessions on membrane systems, green hydrogen, fuel cells, battery technologies, recycling, and nano-synthesis.
Both workshops, accredited with 1 CPD point, combined expert lectures with practical training, drawing enthusiastic participation from students, researchers, and professionals. The event reinforced SCME’s role as a national hub for cutting-edge education, research, and innovation in energy and process technologies
