On 14–15 April 2025, the School of Chemical and Materials Engineering (SCME), NUST, in collaboration with the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, LUMS, jointly hosted the 3rd International Conference on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICONN-2025). This premier event focused on the synthesis and applications of nanomaterials in key areas including biomedical sciences, renewable energy technologies, and environmental sustainability. The conference served as a platform for engineers, scientists, and researchers from academia and industry to exchange ideas, present solutions, and discuss challenges in advancing nanoscience for societal impact. ICONN-2025 featured keynote lectures, technical sessions, and interactive discussions, fostering collaboration and innovation in cutting-edge nanotechnology research. By hosting this international gathering, SCME and LUMS reaffirmed their commitment to driving scientific excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and knowledge-sharing that address both national priorities and global technological challenges.
