From 24 June to 3 July 2025, the School of Chemical and Materials Engineering (SCME) actively participated in the NUST Young Students Engagement Program (NYSEP) 2025, reflecting its commitment to national talent development through education, innovation, and community engagement. During the program, SCME hosted young students and introduced them to the exciting world of Chemical Engineering. The participants were given hands-on exposure to fundamental concepts, laboratory practices, and the latest trends shaping the discipline. Faculty and staff engaged students through interactive sessions, demonstrations, and practical activities, fostering curiosity and inspiring future careers in science and engineering.

2nd Phase of NYSEP 2025.

On 24 July 2025, the School of Chemical and Materials Engineering (SCME) successfully concluded the 2nd Phase of the NUST Young Students Engagement Program (NYSEP) 2025. Building on the momentum of the first phase, SCME continued to engage talented young students through interactive sessions, laboratory demonstrations, and exposure to key areas of Chemical Engineering. By opening its facilities and expertise to school students, SCME provided a platform for early learning and exploration, fostering curiosity and innovation. Through its active participation in NYSEP 2025, SCME reaffirmed its role in shaping the next generation of engineers while contributing to the broader mission of NUST in advancing education and national development.
