EMCO Industries Delegation Visits SCME, NUST to Explore Collaborative Opportunities

A delegation from EMCO Industries visited the School of Chemical and Materials Engineering (SCME), NUST on 11 February to explore avenues for academic and industrial collaboration. The visit focused on strengthening industry–academia linkages through joint research initiatives, student internships, and potential industrial visits for enhanced practical exposure.

The discussions were highly informative and productive, identifying multiple areas of mutual interest. The CEO of EMCO Industries expressed keen interest in deepening engagement with SCME and committed to delivering a detailed technical lecture in the near future on high-power line ceramic materials.

EMCO Industries also indicated its intention to offer several collaborative projects to NUST faculty, particularly in high-end ceramics manufacturing, process troubleshooting, and the establishment of advanced testing capabilities for battery-related applications.
