Summary

Engr. Dr. Muhammad Irfan received his PhD degree from German Aerospace Center, Cologne, Germany in collaboration with RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany, in Material Science and Engineering. He obtained his MS degree from Hanyang University, South Korea. He did his bachelor’s degree from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. He works on surface/interface engineering of hybrid materials for various applications. Also he has worked on nanomaterials for sensing and other applications. He has completed one research project related to recycling and restoration of glass fibers from composite waste of 8 million PKR worth under NRPU program of HEC Gov. of Pakistan. He is also involved in various industrial projects funded by the Dawlance Pakistan related to coating of glass and polymeric materials. He has published his research works in various international journals.
