AMEST-2025

The AMEST 2025 workshop is a one-day focused program designed to equip students and young researchers with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in nanomaterials for energy conversion and storage technologies. The workshop will highlight advanced material synthesis and their applications in sodium-ion batteries, lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors, metal–air batteries, solar cells, and related systems.

The program features lectures from renowned local and international experts, interactive laboratory sessions, and live demonstrations of cutting-edge materials and energy system characterization techniques.

Objectives:

• Introduce participants to cutting-edge energy solutions addressing global sustainability challenges.
• Provide practical training in battery fabrication across diverse storage technologies.
• Explore the science and engineering behind batteries and energy storage devices.
• Deliver hands-on training in advanced characterization techniques, including:
  • Cyclic Voltammetry (CV)
  • Galvanostatic Charge–Discharge (GCD) Analysis
  • Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)
  • X-ray Diffraction (XRD)
  • Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA)
