The School of Chemical & Materials Engineering (SCME), NUST, is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the 7^th Conference on Emerging Materials and Processes (CEMP 2026), scheduled for February 9–10, 2026, at SCME-NUST, Islamabad.

Abstracts are invited from researchers wishing to present original work via the online portal.
Submission deadline: January 22, 2026.

Abstracts are welcomed in all major thematic areas of emerging materials, smart materials, modeling & simulation, green engineering, energy systems, separation technologies, nanotechnology, hydrogen production, sustainability, waste utilization, and related fields.

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, and selected papers will be included in the official proceedings.

Conference Publications

All accepted abstracts and 4-page proceedings papers will be published in the Book of Abstracts and Proceedings — CEMP 2026 (ISBN: 969-8535-76-6), available in both print and digital formats as the official conference record.

Journal Publication Opportunities

Authors of selected high-quality papers may be invited to submit extended versions to associated peer-reviewed journals, including the NUST Journal of Engineering Sciences (NJES), an HEC Category Y journal indexed in DOAJ (ISSN: 2070-9900 Print, 2411-6319 Online).
