CONVOCATION 2023 – INSTRUCTIONS

Dear Graduating Students!

UG & PG Convocation of SCME is scheduled to be held:-

October  23, 2023 (Morning) for PhDs, President’s Gold Medal & Chancellor’s Silver medal recipients  at NUST (Jinnah Auditorium). Rehearsal will be on 22th October 1000 hrs

October 27, 2023 (Morning) for Rector’s Gold medal recipients  & All Students at NUST (Jinnah Auditorium)

Participating graduates must registered themselves for the convocation before 10th October 2023. The registration Link is as under. Rehearsals will be on 26 October 1000 hrs at SCME

For Registration deposit Rs. 3500, HBL Account No: 22927000641103 SGR (Self Generated Revenue) 

Please note the following:

1. Two guest are allowed. (UG & PG), Four guests are allowed for PhD
2. You will collect your gowns from SCME store section on 26 October 2023 with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 3000.  rent for gown and cap is 450/-  Please return the gowns after convocation and collect back your security.
3. For photograph, a separate counter will be established by NUST official photographer (Mr. Ghulam Rasool) at Jinnah Auditorium. For details, Please click here.
4. Original degrees will be issued after the convocation by SCME Exam Branch, for which students must have a copy of clearance form (Completed in all respect). Please also bring your original CNIC & a photocopy of the same.  Before collection of degree, make sure that you have returned the gowns to Store Section
